In addition to his role with Germain Yachts, Zach serves as CEO of Germain Motor Company, which operates locations across Ohio, Florida, Michigan, and Arizona. His leadership reflects a deep commitment to exceptional service and client satisfaction across all Germain divisions, bringing high standards of quality and professionalism to each venture.

Zach also serves in leadership roles that shape the future of both the automotive and yachting industries. He is an active member of the Toyota Cincinnati Region Dealer Council and the TDA Board, and his involvement with Lexus includes positions on the Dealer Council for the Lexus Southern Area and the Lexus Guest Experience Dealer Advisory Committee.

As Managing Partner of Germain Yachts, Zach Germain brings his expertise and dedication to expanding Germain’s influence in the yachting industry. In 2021, Germain Yachts launched its first location in Florida, building on decades of excellence in automotive to deliver a new level of service to yacht owners. This expansion continued in 2023 through a strategic partnership with SI Yachts, extending Germain’s reach into the Northeast and connecting clients to a premier network of yacht sales, service, and concierge support.
